The Brasserie Diekirch, was founded in 1871 in the city of Diekirch Luxembourg. In 2000 The Brasserie de Luxembourg was formed by the merger of two breweries: The Brasserie Diekirch and the Brasserie Mousel which were bought out by Interbrew to form the second largest brewery in Luxembourg.
