Greece - Breweries

The FIX brewery was founded in 1864 by the Fuchs family in Athens, Greece (which had come to Greece from Bavaria with King Otto). The brewery became the first major brewery in Greece. It lost first place in the Greek market in 1973 and continued to decline until 1983, when it went out of business. After a few changes in ownership the brand was relaunched in 2010.

Over the years the brand identity is updated and re-launched with subtle changes, a change of Logo or a new font.
Sometimes this brand update is done by the new owners after a brewery has been sold, other times just to give the brand a fresh new look on the ever growing market.
