The Lauterbacher Brewery was originally founded in 1651 by Mathias Puecher as a Bavarian private brewery called "Wirtschaft zu Lauerbach".
However in 1889 this brewery in the small town of Lauterbach Brewed the first top fermented wheat beer in the Swabia region of Bavaria Germany.
The picture of Hans Dengler is shown on the branding as the guarantor for the unique Lauterbach quality.
