The Gilden Kölsch Brewery is a Kölsch brewery in Cologne that dates back to 1863. The brewery was taken over in 1967 by the Dortmunder Union Brewery.
Kölsch is a beer brewed only in Cologne Germany and must be brewed within a 50 km zone around the city, as it is a product which has a protected geographical indication (PGI).
