The Brinkhoff Brauerei was a brewery in Dortmund Germany, It was first established in 1844. In 1873 it was named Dortmunder Union-Brauerei (DUB), which in the 1960's was Germany's largest brewery. In 1995 the brewery merged with Dortmunder Ritter and in 1981 the name was changed to Brauerei Brinkhoff in honour of Fritz Brinkhoff. The current brewery on the former Dortmunder Ritter site closed in 2006 and the brand is now part of the Radeberger-Gruppe.
