England - Breweries

The Far East Beer Company was established in 1993. The company brewed speciality beers and sold much of its products to the UK Indian restaurant market. It was a partner company of Refresh, which was sold to Marstons in 2009 and the rights to the Bangla brand were sold to LWC drink wholesalers.

Bangla - Launched in 1997 has been brewed by Usher and Hepworth & Co under license in the UK.

Over the years the brand identity is updated and re-launched with subtle changes, a change of Logo or a new font.
Sometimes this brand update is done by the new owners after a brewery has been sold, other times just to give the brand a fresh new look on the ever growing market.
